Its that time of year again, children are drinking beer in the street and finding excuses to attack the emergency services, egged on by their parents whose asbo status would find them in the clink if they were to take action themselves.
I have little time for this festival of nonsense. There is nothing good about it. Its an excuse to behave like an ass and screw the consequence.

Im never fond of seeing those monoliths of hate. Seriously though, why put flags and likenesses on the bonfires if they are about celebration? Its just verging on the shamanistic now.

Recently viewed a house for which we had to drive actually through one of these such sites. Which was nice. At least the heating bill would be light .....
